Ponder on what restricts you from stepping into other roles. Is it fear, misunderstanding, or simply the comfort of routine? Note down these limitations. Acknowledging them is the first step towards overcoming them.

Step 3: Embrace Fluidity

Imagine a situation where your partner, friend, or family member is going through a tough phase and needs a role shift from you. What role would you step into? How would you make them feel supported? This exercise of imagination paves the way for real-life application.
